Freckles. Suitable time for skin tone improvement treatment

I'm really worried because my son's freckles have suddenly increased while playing at the playground.

I have just started receiving treatments that focus on skin elasticity and moisture replenishment.

I'm thinking of getting treatments to improve freckles and skin tone right after it starts to get cooler in the fall. Would it be okay to get them all done at once without stopping?

I'm also worried that my skin might become too sensitive.
