Side Effects Inquiry

Today I got picotoning inmode forma meladduce treatment. I usually did inmode or toning, then applied anesthetic cream and did meladduce, and there were no side effects at all. Today, they applied anesthetic cream first and then did inmode toning meladduce in that order. After the treatment, I thought it stung a little, but when I got home and looked closely, my skin under my eyes was red and wrinkled as if it was sagging, as in the picture. I'm so surprised that I'm posting this. Is this a side effect?
